Vespers Update: rc5

We've made a small update with Vespers to help with some balance issues in relation to how the Hits vs Injuries formula changed in The Gloaming Diaries.

Specifically, both The Changeling's Somnambulist Crafting and Blood Magic's Bloodfever required 4 Hits for their respective abilities. With the post-squish of Hits on the Injuries scale, this made the resulting injuries required to use these powers punishing in the extreme. Somnambulist Crafting now only causes1 Hit, and Bloodfever only requires a 2+ Hit injury to be triggered.
